Shared HEATED POOL with 3 other smaller bungalows on site. Beachfront bungalow is 4BR, 2BA, Sleeps 10, 3BR have Queen bed in each, 4th BR has full size upgraded futon, Living room has newer futon.

ALL bedrooms have smart color TV with remotes, black out curtains. TWO full bathrooms: one is tub with shower combo, other is shower stall. Living room has newer couches, 55" LCD flat panel SMART TV.

Central air conditioning/heat. All ceramic tiled floors with throw rugs. Original cypress wood tongue-in-groove wood walls & ceilings w/crown molding.

Ceiling Fans in all rooms. Updated kitchen & bath: Kitchen has electric smooth top range, built in microwave, refrigerator with ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker and K cup, blender, toaster, plates, pots, utensils, etc. Linens +beach towels included.

Laundry Room is on-site (Coin operated $2/each in USA quarters or use laundry line). Private beachfront porch has table, chairs, charcoal BBQ grill on beach. Heated pool is in shade until later afternoon.

Barrett Beach Bungalows is comprised of 4 bungalows plus Owner's house (yellow beachfront home NOT for rent). NO SMOKING ON PREMISES PROPERTY. Beach front shared area has heated POOL, BBQ grill, fire pit, toys, games, lounge chairs, beach chairs, tables, picnic tables & hammock for all guests.
